TOBRAMYCIN

At Foundation Care, we are working to make life easier for those with Cystic Fibrosis. If you allow us, we can take away the hassle of preparing your Tobramycin prescription for use in the eFlow® SCF . Our pharmacists will do the work for you, preparing the medication in easy to use unit dose neb vials.

Foundation Care will customize your patient's medication by preparing Tobramycin for use in the eFlow® SCF to your specification. As the physician, you decide the concentration and volume of each dose to be prepared for your patients.

Dosage Forms Commonly Used in the Treatment of Cystic Fibrosis

  • 170mg dose BID for inhalation with an eFlow® SCF nebulizer
  • 150mg dose BID for inhalation with an eFlow® SCF nebulizer. For an eFlow® SCF Tobramycin study click here.

Patients receiving chronic antibiotic therapy of Tobramycin may qualify to receive FREE SourceCF Multivitamins (Softgels, Chewables, and Pediatric Drops) with each prescription.

Vitamin Assortment

Patients receiving chronic antibiotic therapy of Tobramycin and Hypertonic Saline from Foundation Care may qualify for our FREE Hypertonic Saline program.

Unit dose Tobramycin should be stored under refrigeration and is good for up to 60 days. Each dose should be inspected prior to administration.
