Compounding Services

At Foundation Care, we understand that manufactured medications will not always meet your healthcare needs. That’s why our pharmacy offers specialty compounding services.

We will take the time to customize and dispense your medication in the dosage and form your physician requests if it is not commercially available.

We guarantee our compounded medications meet the highest standards of quality. Foundation Care has been PCAB (Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board) accredited since 2009.

Benefits of Compounded Medications:

  • Reduced side effects
  • Safer treatment methods
  • More effective treatments
  • Customized to a specific patient’s needs
  • Improved patient compliance

Our reimbursement team will work with you, your provider, and your insurance company to help achieve insurance coverage of your compounded medications.

Foundation Care pharmacists have over 35 years of combined experience in compounding medications for respiratory use. They will work with your physician to find a solution that best suits your needs and lifestyle.

Our compounded medications are placed in ready to use, unit dose neb vials. This provides a quality, sterile compounded product that is both easy and safe for patients to use.

Everyone experiences pain differently, even the types of pain we experience can be equally diverse. Often these combinations include:
