Better Business Bureau Accredited – Awarded 2007 (BBB)


If a business has been accredited by the Better Business Bureau (BBB), it means the BBB has determined that the business meets accreditation standards which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints. The BBB Code of Business Practices represents sound advertising, selling and customer service practices that enhance customer trust and confidence in business. The Code is built on the BBB Standards for Trust, eight principles that summarize important elements of creating and maintaining trust in business.

Compounding Accreditation – Awarded 2009 (PCAB)

Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board (PCAB) accreditation affords compounding pharmacists an unparalleled opportunity to demonstrate superior quality and safety in their compounding practices. Since PCAB was founded in 2004, only a modest number of pharmacies across the nation have achieved accreditation. Foundation Care was the first in Missouri to earn this!

Drug Distribution Accreditation – Awarded 2009 (VAWD)

The Verified-Accredited Wholesale Distributors (VAWD) program provides assurance that the wholesale distribution facility operates legitimately, is validly licensed in good standing, and is employing security and best practices for safely distributing prescription drugs from manufacturers to pharmacies and other institutions. Applicants for VAWD accreditation undergo a criteria compliance review, licensure verification, a survey, background checks, and screening through the NABP Clearinghouse.

Durable Medical Equipment Accreditation – Awarded 2009 (HQAA)

Although there are other accreditation options available for the durable medical equipment (DME) industry, the Healthcare Quality Association on Accreditation (HQAA) is designed specifically for DME providers. HQAA focuses on the dedication and commitment to patients and business.

Specialty Pharmacy Accreditation – Awarded 2016 (URAC)

Founded in 1990, URAC is the independent leader in promoting health care quality through accreditation, certification, education, and measurement. URAC is a nonprofit organization developing evidence-based measures and standards through inclusive engagement with a range of stakeholders committed to improving the quality of health care. URAC accreditation is a symbol of excellence for organizations to show-case their validated commitment to quality and accountability.

United Compounding Management – Awarded 2015 (UCM)

Verified Internet Pharmacy – Awarded 2014 (VIPPS)


VIPPS – Awarded 2014 (previously e-Advertiser accredited): The VIPPS accreditation program (Verified Internet Pharmacy Practice Sites), is a strong indicator of an Internet pharmacy’s compliance with state and federal laws and regulations and NABP’s criteria. Online retailers of prescription drugs who seek VIPPS accreditation know that they will benefit from NABP’s recognized credibility and the decade-old VIPPS program and Seal. The VIPPS Seal demonstrates public accountability – it is also a symbol of a pharmacy’s commitment to its patients’ health and safety.
